In addition to being animal lovers, and having years of experience of looking after animals, we know that accreditation is important. We are therefore fully insured, have CRB certificates and regularly update our knowledge and practice of Dog First Aid. All of our certificates will be produced for your perusal during the initial consultation.

The Consultation/Registration

Our consultations are informal: the aim is to understand your pet's needs and give you the opportunity to get to know us. We are quite aware that we are strangers to you and that you need to be able to trust us in your home and in looking after your pet. The consultation is as much a benefit to you as it is for us.

Once registered you will be able to use any of our services at any time. Our customers have fed back to us how helpful it is to be able to register even if services are not immediately required; it has given them piece of mind knowing that we can assist in emergency situations.
